1. Madam, keep your legs together, now with your right hand supporting the wall, stretch your left leg behind & up completely, then stretch them down and forward completely. Do it 11 times. Next turn; now with your left hand supporting the wall, stretch your right leg behind & up completely, then stretch them down and forward completely. Do it 11 times. Once both the sides are over repeat again.
Madam does once, turns, and does it in opposite side. Repeats.
2. Madam, keep your left leg on this stool, now bend sideways to your left and touch your left leg with your right hand; next bend your body completely sideways to your right and touch your right leg with left hand. Do it 11 times. Next turn and shift your legs; i.e. keep your right leg on this stool, now bend sideways to your right and touch your right leg with your left hand; next bend your body completely sideways to your left and touch your left leg with right hand. Do it 11 times. Once both the sides are over repeat again.
Madam does once, turns, and does it in opposite side. Repeats.
3. Madam, keep your legs together, now hold these string weights in your left hand and pull them with up while you bend sideward towards your right. When you bend back to normal position release the weights slowly, Do it 11 times. Next turn, now hold these string weights in your right hand and pull them up while you bend sideward towards your left. When you bend back to normal position release the weights slowly, Do it 11 times. Once both the sides are over repeat again.
Madam does once, turns, and does it in opposite side. Repeats.
4. Next, keep your legs closed and hold your hands on your head and bend forward completely; next come up and bend backward. Do it twice 11 times each.
Madam does once, turns, and starts in opposite side. She realizes that people in gym are giggling including the instructor.
It needed no turning so much for burning calories. Sigh!!
